Bobby Brown claims in a lawsuit that Whitney Houston has kept him from seeing their teenage daughter.

“I have not seen or spoken to my daughter since early June and I have no prospect of speaking to her anytime soon due to Whitney’s actions,” Brown declared in Orange County Superior Court filings released last week.

Brown has been trying to overturn a judge’s default judgment to nullify the couple’s marriage and grant Houston sole custody of 14-year-old Bobbi Kristina.

During a court hearing in April, Houston testified that Brown was “unreliable” and that she didn’t need spousal or child support.

Brown disputes her claim, saying he’s been involved in their daughter’s life and was her primary caretaker when the couple lived in Atlanta.

When Houston moved to Orange County to undergo drug rehabilitation, Brown said he paid about $10,000 for his wife and daughter to stay at a posh hotel.

“At the same time, I basically lived out of my car,” Brown said.

In other court filings obtained by the syndicated entertainment TV show “Extra,” Houston disputes that she is keeping Brown and their daughter apart and says she “would like him to be involved” in Bobbi Kristina’s life.

“Frankly, I needed to be divorced from him so that I could get my life back on track,” the singer said.

Houston, 44, and Brown, 38, wed in 1992, when she was at the height of her fame as a Grammy-winning superstar known for hits such as “I Will Always Love You.”

Brown, a former member of New Edition, gained solo fame with singles such as “Don’t Be Cruel” and “My Prerogative.”

During their 14-year marriage, Brown was arrested for drugs and alcohol, and Houston twice entered drug rehab programs.

I’d assume after you date Kirsten Dunst for such a long time, your chances of becoming gay probably significantly increase. Am I right or am I right? So hearing that Jake Gyllenhaal may all of the sudden be coming out of the closet as a homosexual of more than four years, I’m actually not all that surprised. In fact, I sort of thought this would have happened sooner. What is with these guys or rather gays that they make it our in an SUV rather than find an appropriate venue to have sex. I think that’s the way they liked to be caught by the police and be taken to the police station where their identity is exposed and they can tell the press that they are a couple. I don’t know which sick movie they see before the bust up so as to get some stupid inspiration that this is the way we going to announce are arrivals as a gay couple. As for Kirsten Dunst what cannot be a better example of her pick of swinging boyfriends.

Charlie Sheen has lashed out at his ex-wife Denise Richards for ruining a weekend trip to the beach with the couple’s two daughters. The actor claims he struggled to enjoy his time with his kids, because he was constantly monitored by Richards’ assistant. Wasn’t this court ordered? Doesn’t that mean that the courts found reasons not to have Charlie be alone with the children? I think it was drugs and porn that the wife had an issue with. As it stands to be, if Denise has the court orders to oversee the kids then there’s not much Charlie can do about it how much ever it may seem to be a pain in the butt. May be as time goes by he’ll get used to the monitoring and constant vigil. Only once the custody battle has been settled in either one’s favor can there be some sought of privacy. And once the custody matter is solved there will be a barrage of photographers who will be following their moves, so basically there no end to all this sh*t.

Lindsay Lohan has become a really big liability for movie exes because of her erratic behavior and constant rehab stints but there’s one Hollywood mogul that’s still willing to give Lindsay a chance. Harvey Weinstein said, “I just hope that Lindsay is fine. She’s a good lady,” says Weinstein. When asked if he’d hire her he replied, “Of course. She’s a wonderful actress,” “She did a great job in Bobby.” He added: “Lindsay is a wonderful talent.” Yeah, he’d hire Lindsey and pay Dina’s bills…but as I remember, he has a reputation, according to a press report I once saw, for banging young starlets… allegedly!!! So much for charity!!! Lindsay can’t act!!! You’ve been listening too much to all the planted media kudos by her publicists, and bought off members of the press raving about this no talent!!! But I wouldn’t hire for a starring role. Her box office record has been pretty bad lately, and right now she is HATED by a lot of movie goers.

A judge has ordered that Foxy Brown be sent to jail, effective immediately. Ouch.

The decision to do so was handed down on Wednesday due her violation of her probation. Foxy has been arrested twice in the past two weeks and countless times before that. The pregnant rapper has since left for prison after court. She will stay in the slammer until at least her next hearing on September 5.

Do you think she can do a Paris or a Nicole? I doubt it. She’s not blonde nor is she rich and somewhat desirable. Oooh! Burn. She’s not so ill no mo.

Now, Britney is possibly moving to London. This is going to piss of Gwyneth Paltrow terribly, I presume. Britney feels like the only way for her to start over fresh and begin a better life with a good comeback would be to move to London. She is reportedly house-hunting there and has just returned from a trip there. This is good news for the United States. I think we’ve secretly been wanting her to leave the States for a long time and now that its being rumored, our hopes are up. With all the crotch shots and gross stories, Britney owes us! She better do us all the favor she’s owed us for a while and go away! But frankly this is the best news concerning Britney I have heard in months and these past few months have been the most turbulent of her life and a decision to move to another place like London could do her a world of good. The Love Guru turn will mark the second time the Grammy-winning, Emmy-nominated Timberlake will team with Myers for the big screen: They recently lent their voices to the summer juggernaut Shrek the Third. Jessica Alba!?! Oh **** is Jessica Biel going to be ******. Well if Jessica Biel is willing to commit herself to their relationship then I won’t be surprised if he is reported and seen making a move on the other Jessica that’s Jessica Alba. Timberlake is a cute looking guy, but his nose is the one thing that’s a turnoff. His nose looks like HE REMINDS ME OF PINICCHIO. He does look like Pinocchio! Tim Burton’s ex-girlfriend was ordered Wednesday to revise her lawsuit against the movie director after a judge ruled it didn’t sufficiently support claims that Burton had backed out of a promise to financially support her.

Lisa Marie, an actress who appeared in several of Burton’s films, sued last December, alleging Burton used fraud to cheat her out of assets he promised to share with her during their nearly 10-year, live-in relationship.

Burton said he and Marie would “combine their efforts and earnings and would share equally any and all” accumulated property, her lawsuit claimed.

When Burton suddenly ended their relationship, Marie claimed she was referred to an attorney who convinced her to agree to a contract with the director. By signing it, she said, she gave up the right to make further claims to his assets. She also accused the lawyer of secretly acting on Burton’s behalf.

Court papers filed by Burton’s attorneys countered that the director gave Marie $5 million to sign the contract, which released him from any further claims to his assets. He contended that if she wanted to rescind the deal she was obligated to return the money.

Superior Court Judge Teresa Sanchez-Gordon said Marie’s complaint didn’t sufficiently support her allegation that Burton used fraud to cheat her out of assets. The judge gave her attorneys 10 days to revise the action.

Burton directed Marie in “Ed Wood,” “Mars Attack!” and “Planet of the Apes.”

That didn’t take long. Already, just months after Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake started dating; there are rumors that Justin Timberlake is being unfaithful. Burn on Jessica!, while at a party for HBO at Tribeca Grand, Justin was flirting with a yet-to-be-named brunette. (I’m surprised they weren’t “canoodling” because it seems like celebrities are always doing that.) They were talking intimately and seemed very into each other. Look I am not the one who going to jump onto concluision as this could be a one night stand off, he might have fallen for a brunette at the party and just made out so what’s the big deal, it’s the same case with Jessica. Apparently Ryan Phillippe, the ex-husband of Reese Witherspoon, is pissed off at Jake for dating his ex-wife. I guess what he forgot is that he treated her like shit and then cheated on her, so instead of crying about her dating a new guy, he should be thanking his lucky stars that Reese didn’t pull up her daddy’s walking stick for interfering in her private affairs. If he’s been such a bad husband and has already divorced her then why have trouble in see his ex wife with another man, jealous that he has lost a beautiful person and another person is keeping her more happy and comfy. Look like another high profile marriage is seeing the dark end of the tunnel. Singer Pink, real name Alecia Moore, has been married to motocross racer Carey Hart since January 7, 2006. I guess it was really fabulous for those first two years but now there are claims that Hart is cheating on Pink. Star Magazine has a source saying they saw Carey Hart out with another girl, getting more than friendly. Ouch! A cute blonde, huh? That’s an extreme burn because Pink is blonde.. doesn’t Carey Hart think she’s cute anymore? Police and city workers were called in to handle the crowd and a lane of traffic was closed as Paris Hilton unveiled her clothing line Thursday at a trendy boutique.

The heiress, author, singer, perfume designer and reality-TV star unveiled the line at Kitson, a boutique known for its celebrity clientele. The lane was closed for pedestrians’ safety, a city spokesman said.

Clad in a gold sequin mini-dress, Hilton, 26, emerged from a black SUV to a throng of fans who spilled into the street. Inside the store, Hilton was all smiles.

“It’s a dream come true to have my own clothing line,” she said. “It’s just Paris style: fun, bright and flashy.”

The collection, which Hilton described as “really comfortable” and “really affordable,” includes shoes, T-shirts and jeans. Hilton said she spent a year submitting and approving designs.

“It’s just from my closet to their closets,” she said. Additional pieces will be released next month, she said.

The heiress also discussed other newsy matters in her life: her pregnant pal, Nicole Richie (”She’s going to be a great mom,” Hilton said), and the pending sale of her Hollywood Hills home.

“I’m going to miss my house because I love it. I really designed it to be my perfect taste,” she said. “But too many people know where I live and I’d rather be in a gated community.”

Astonishing yet true, the Jailed Indian actor Sanjay Dutt who was sentenced to 6 years of rigorous imprisonment by a Terrorist court in India barely two-three weeks ago has been released on bail by none other that the Supreme Court of India . While providing relief to Dutt, the court took into consideration that he was on bail since October 16, 1995 till July 31. Now this is nonsense as far I am concerned, Ok this is the order of the Supreme Court but how can the judge be wrong after the case has been in court of like 13 years is there still some evidence and some links that could prove him not guilty. The judge who gave the verdict says he wants to see a copy of the judgment. Sheer crap and this is totally a political move that has helped him get out of jail. Why is there a special treatment for celebs are they above the law can they not be punished. And mind you this is a serious offense, he has been charged of possessing a weapon like an AK-56 gun that not allowed anywhere in the world for civilians.

The Thank You hit maker gave birth to their first child together, daughter Tiani, in October 2005. Jamelia also has a six-year-old daughter, Teja, from a previous relationship. What Hollywood and Music really needs right now is to create a place called the Happy Splitsville, where all these drunken and doomed singer and star can get some medication on how to live a happily married life without the sorrows of a nagging fight. Rumer Willis is giving us even more reason to wish for the earth to just open up and swallow her whole. The college dropout daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore is trying her hand at acting and has recently expressed her desire to become a musician.

Rumer revealed to People magazine that “I really like acting, I really like music and I love photography. In a perfect world I could do all three. In the future, I would love to do an album. I have been singing since I was really little which not a lot of people know about so it’s one of those fun, personal things.”

As if her existence wasn’t enough for us to hate on her.

Britney Spears’s bodyguard, Daimon Shippen, was served with a deposition subpoena related to the singer’s ongoing custody battle with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

The papers were delivered to Shippen late Monday night just as he got out of his parked car in Santa Monica, Calif.

Shippen is at least the second person in Spears’s inner circle to be served with papers relating to the custody battle over the singer’s sons with Federline, Sean Preston, 23 months, and Jayden James, 11 months.

Spears’s close friend and frequent party pal, Alli Sims, 26, was served with a deposition subpoena at 2:30 a.m. on Sunday. Sims, who was attending a party with Spears at the time she was met by the process server, will be asked to give the court a statement about Spears’s skills as a mother.

Sims told earlier this month that the singer is “a wonderful mom and she is so hands-on.”

According to the current arrangement, Spears and Federline share 50-50 custody of their two sons. But last week, Federline filed for primary physical custody of the boys.

When the couple’s divorce was finalized last month, a source close to Federline told that the would-be-rapper, 29, was worried Spears, 25, was exposing the boys to “unnecessary risk” and that his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, “hopes to get Kevin primary custody.”

Meanwhile in a court on Tuesday, lawyers for Spears and Federline requested more time to respond to a motion filed by several media organizations, to block Spears’s request to have documents in the custody battle sealed. Commissioner Scott Gordon set Sept 14 as the next hearing date.

As for Shippen, in July, a source shot down rumors that he was dating Spears. “He’s her bodyguard and manny,” a source familiar with Shippen’s employment told . “They’re not dating.”

Actress Angelina Jolie’s ex-lesbian lover has given her opinion of recent claim Jolie made about giving up her kinky past. Last week Angelina was quoted talking about the sexual sacrifices that she has made for Brad Pitt. Model Jenny Shimizu had a ten year relationship with Jolie and insists that she would never give up that side of her to play house with one man. She also added that Angelina is an amazing lesbian lover and that is where she truly gets her kicks. It sounds to me like Ms. Shimizu is a little threatened and possibly jealous of Brad Pitt. Perhaps she once had more invested in Angelina that any of us know. She is quite insistent that Angelina’s dark side won’t disappear just because she is with Pitt. I am personally still waiting for the downfall of the Pitt/Jolie relationship. It can’t possibly be as happy as they pretend it is. It’s almost a little suspicious. Of course none of this information about Jolie is especially surprising but if she really is the independent tough chick she makes us all believe she is, why would she change for a sleaze like Brad Pitt?

Actress Lindsay Lohan’s bodyguard recently pointed a direct finger at her parents in the press. He spoke out about all kinds of personal things, blaming them for poor parenting. He also accused them of forcing her to work so they could ensure a lavish lifestyle. Her father Michael Lohan is taking legal action against the man saying that he doesn’t understand why the man, Tony Almeida is trying to gain money from lies and inaccuracies. He plans to sue to the fullest extent. Michael Lohan basically proved Almeida’s claims of money grubbing true. It looks to me like he is wiling to jump on any money train that rolls by and since his daughter is in rehab and not currently working, he probably wants to grab a little extra. Neighbors of Fantastic Four star Chris Evans are in for a visual treat - he often takes out his garbage naked. Evans, who recently came third in a poll of most eligible Hollywood bachelors, admits he is fond of streaking in his yard. Yeah he must like doing all this to attract his female fans and giving the neighbors a visual treat every morning. Or then his wardrobe must be empty of clothes that he can wear in the morning and the kitchen must be stinking with the left over of the previous night boozing party, he can’t stand the stinking smell and has to throw away the garbage, left with no option he goes our nude and throws the garbage. I won’t be surprised if the influx of some really pretty woman buy a house in if neighborhood soon before he has a change of mind and stops doing the nude act every morning, it could be boom time for real estate advisors and dealers in the surrounding area.

Actress Christina Applegate is now officially divorced from her actor husband Johnathon Schaech. The couple have been separated for a year and a half, since he filed for the divorce. Applegate is best known for her role as Kelly Bundy on the hit sitcom “Married with Children”. The two had been married since October 2001. They separated four years later because of irreconcilable differences. Since then Schaech has been awarded more than 1.5 million in bank accounts as well as other valuable possessions. I guess that’s because he never made nearly as much money as her. Applegate walked away with much more though. The two never had any children. This was a nice quiet divorce. Nobody even saw it coming because it wasn’t splashed all over every tabloid. Christina Applegate has also performed with the Pussycat Dolls. I’m sure she isn’t going to have trouble starting over again on her own.
