Birthday Plans for a Spice girl Melanie C
Spice girl Melanie C is celebrating her 34th birthday on Saturday – with the biggest group of people imaginable. Not only will fellow spice girls; Mel B, Emma, Geri & Victoria; but also hundreds of fans at London’s O2 arena join her.
The singer claims to be “very excited” by the prospect of spending her special day performing with band mates. She said, “I’m really looking forward to the show on the 12th because it’s my birthday and I’ve never performed on my birthday before. I can’t think of a better way to spend the evening.”
Mel – who is the only Spice Girl yet to become a mother – also said she enjoyed spending time with family and friends over the Christmas period. She wrote on the band’s official blog: “Myself and all the Spiceys had a great Christmas. We caught up with our families, ate lots of mince pies and got some well-needed sleep!”
