Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Leah Remini – all Scientologists. But would you ever expect the likes of Pete Doherty to become one? UK’s The Sun is reporting that the drug addict has become quite fascinated with Scientology after a love introduced him to the so-called religion. Pete has reportedly bought a pile of books on the subject since he met Scientologist DJ Nadine Ruddy. A source reveals that “Nadine is really into Scientology. She takes her beliefs very seriously. Pete’s chatted a lot with her about it. He went out and bought some books to read up about it. He just wanted to find out more about Nadine and what she believes in.” Right.
