Economy Says No to Wino


A survey taken by 1,000 Londoners revealed that they are sick of having to hear news about their resident pop wreck Amy Winehouse. 48% of the respondents said that Wino news is already getting boring but only 8% said that they’re tired of hearing news about the credit crunch. The managing director of the agency who conducted the survey said “At a time when many people are watching the pennies, it’s not surprising that the public have become tired of news about rock stars being odd, and pampered celebrities holidaying in exotic locations. The fact that Amy Winehouse is seen as six times more boring than the economy this summer illustrates this perfectly.”
