Kanye West Gets Off Lucky


Kanye West may escape a felony conviction. Based on the video footage of the incident preceding his arrest in LAX, the only thing that Kanye busted during his paparazzi attack last week was a flash worth less than $400. According to California law, one cannot be slapped with felony vandalism for less than $400. However, his partner in the attack, his road manager may still face felony charges. The roadie was featured on tape busting the body of the pap’s camera which is valued at more than $400. I’m willing to be that this is going to be settled before it even reaches court.
