Nas VS Kelis Divorce Details
Singer Kelis filed financial records with the court last month to get support and baby expenses from her estranged husband Nas. She claims to be making a bit over $20,000 a month but spending over $80,000. And since the mother-to-be doesn’t know how to handle her money, she wants a lot of Nas’ money to spend. Kelis claimed that the rapper recently made $11 million for his album deal. However, Nas is fighting back. In legal papers filed by the rapper, he claims that he didn’t get even half that amount and that he’s making less money as time goes by. Apparently, he has the same financial management troubles as Kelis as he spends half of what he makes in a month on bills. Nas says he wants to be involved in the baby’s life and has agreed to pay for certain baby items already and that $5000 a month is a good amount for child support for a baby.
