Heather Mills has revealed holidaymakers refused to go near her and her daughter Beatrice on holiday because of their vegan campaigning.
Heather, 41, admitted she was on holiday with her daughter Beatrice, five, in France when guests got fed up with their comments about meat.
She said: “Beatrice questions everybody who eats animals.
“When we were in the south of France, there was a buffet for kids, and by the end of the week no one would sit near us because she would go over and say: ‘Why are you eating that cow’s bottom?’ Or: ‘Oh, look at that little shrimp with little eyes’.”
Heather recently opened a new vegan cafe called VBites in Hove, East Sussex, which sells “streaky bacon” that is made out of soya that has been dyed pink. It also sells fish-free “fishy fingers” among other foods.
Heather divorced from husband Sir Paul McCartney last year and she is now dating snooker player Jamie Walker, 36, who she says is “exactly what I need, a man without ego”.
