Lindsay Lohan’s dad does not have to pay support to his alleged lovechild, court rules
Lindsay Lohan’s embattled father Michael Lohan does not have to pay support to his alleged lovechild, a New York court has ruled.
Kristi Kaufman, who claims Lohan is the father of her 13-year-old daughter Ashley, had her request for support dismissed by a Suffolk County Family Court judge.
But the legal battle is set to continue in Kaufman’s home state of Montana.
Lohan’s attorney Stephanie Ovadia said: “The petition was withdrawn and all further issues will be dealt with in Montana.”
Kaufman claims Lohan fathered Ashley during a brief relationship when he was still married to Hollywood starlet Lindsay’s mum Dina.
