Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham exercises every few hours, five times a day.
The 35-year-old is constantly trying to loose weight and consequently has been trying out a new fitness regime.
The star doesn’t like any excess skin and is hoping frequent work-outs between meals will help her shed the pounds.
A source told British Closer magazine: “She could probably sort it out by just putting on excess weight.
“But obviously she won’t! So Vic now works out before and after eating, and it’s even increased her appetite.”
Alongside healthy eating, Beckham’s fitness regime includes time spent on the treadmill, running, skipping, weights, Pilates and exercises on the Power Plate.
