George Clooney, new girlfriend sleep in separate rooms: report

Sizzling bachelor George Clooney, 48, has set the film festival circuit alight with his appearances, antics and gorgeous new lady friend, Elisabetta Canalis.

An Italian presenter on MTV, the 31-year-old Canalis has cut a smart figure in a series of perfect red carpet outfits and hair looks. But looks can be deceiving.

According to a reputable Italian newspaper, the pair is taking things slowly – very slowly. They were reported to be an “asexual pair” that sleeps in separate rooms.

While they may be serious, the pair have made for some steamy poses over summer. One photograph that surfaced showed them in hot dancing poses on the floor of a glamorous Italian hotel. Clooney, meanwhile, is enjoying an all-time popularity high and promoting a grand total of three new movies.
