No stopping Jedward on this hair-raising ride
Jedward, the X-Factor losers and darlings of the media, have wasted no time taking their act on the road.
Twins John and Edward Grimes, 18, played before a huge crowd at G-A-Y, a London nightclub.
Among fans in the audience, some held up banners titled “Marry me Jedward”. John explained: “When they say ‘marry me’, they don’t mean it literally. It just means we have to commit to them. We are marrying them as fans.”
Compelling candidates for the worst singing act in history, the quiffed ones also played at T4’s Stars of 2009 bash with another hot young performer, Calvin Harris.
Harris is clearly taken with the lads after storming their X-Factor appearance with a pineapple on his head.
