Four plead innocent to robbing stars’ homes

Four suspects in the Hollywood burglaries have pleaded not guilty in Los Angeles.
Jewellery, designer clothes and other items worth an estimated $3 million were taken from the homes of Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom and others.
Nicholas Prugo, Diana Tamayo and Courtney Leigh Ames, all 19, and Roy Lopez Jr., 27, entered not guilty pleas to felony burglary.
Prugo also faces seven counts of first-degree burglary. He reportedly confessed before fingering others for police. Alexis Neiers, who is accused of the Bloom break-in and also claims innocence, will stand trial on the same charge.
LA police have said they believe Lopez and the teens were swept up in a celebrity mania that led them to stake out the homes of their alleged victims and stalk their movements via websites and the internet.
