Kate Gosselin ‘dropped from TV show for being too controversial’
Kate Gosselin has been dropped from a new TV show because executives thought she was too controversial, according to reports on a US website.
The pilot show was filmed in early September for Momlogic TV, alongside Food Network star Paula Deen, Lee Woodruff and former Early Show co-host Rene Syler.
But reports suggest that executives believed Gosselin was too controversial for the show and didn’t think she was ready for a full-time hosting job, even as part of a panel.
Despite the decision, Gosselin will be back in the spring with a new show, whose concept has not been made public.
