Lily Allen has locked herself away in fear of tumbling into drink and drug addiction.

The songbird is staying in and refusing to hit the town. She said: “I’ve been sad and quite lonely recently because if you’re young, living in London and working in this industry, unless you drink and take a lot of drugs, there’s not much to do. I’ve been sitting on my own watching TV. It’s boring to go out if everyone else is taking cocaine and shouting at me.”

Former Caner Lil, who has admitted to taking ecstasy when she was 14, said: “When I was pregnant I stopped drinking and I didn’t start again. Then when the baby was gone, I thought, ‘That doesn’t mean I’m going to go back to how I was’. ”

Meanwhile, Lily has left bosses of the Isle Of Wight Festival fuming after pulling out of the June gig. She says she wants to spend the summer working on her second album.

Did you know that K-Fed was a good musician? Umm, I didn’t.

Seems he thinks he is, though. He’s decided he needs to try a second chance in the music industry. Luckily for us, though, he isn’t putting out a new album.

Instead, he’s decided to mentor those aspiring musicians who need some help. A source says, “He loves the music business and is committed to making it a career for himself, even if it’s not as a singer.”

First, we all found out that Enrique Iglesias serenaded and pretty much romanced a gay guy on stage and now, the gays are getting flashed by the boys from UK band McFly. I should have been born gay, I swear.

Danny and Dougie from McFly were at G.A.Y. in London this past weekend to help promote their Greatest Hits album and give back to their gay fans that love them oh so dearly. While they were there, something came over them and were actually convinced to do ‘fire trims’ on their crotches. A fire trim is when you grab a lighter and burn your pubes off.

Yes, they did this while they were on stage.

When he’s not throwing punches at an awards show or your local Waffle House, Kid Rock is privy to showing his spiritual side. And his spiritual side is now plated in gold.

Kid Rock designed a 14K yellow gold pendant with a 3D portrait of himself in the image of Jesus and was even completed by the crown of thorns. The pendant was put together by jeweller-to-the-country-stars, Diamond Dave. The pendant also pays homage to the singer’s album of the same name ‘Rock n Roll Jesus’.

Now that’s some bling with sense. I still don’t get the whole spinner necklaces that are bigger than your head.
