Amy Winehouse’s jailed husband could be freed tomorrow — but his parents are plotting to stop him being reunited with the drug-addled singer.

It has been revealed that Blake Fielder Civil’s family have written to the judge pleading for him to order their son to stay at the family home in Lincolnshire to keep him away from Amy’s drug-fuelled lifestyle.

Giles and Georgette Civil want Blake, 26, to stay away from the Rehab singer, 24, until she is clean of drugs.

In an exclusive interview, Georgette said: “Amy thinks Blake will be freed on Monday but it’s not good news. I’m absolutely dreading it because I don’t want him to go straight back to Amy. If he does it could be a death sentence for the two of them. Blake thinks he’s going to be Amy’s saviour and has every intention to try to stop the drugs. But Amy is completely unstable. Blake is a recovering addict and he’s not strong enough to resist the temptation.”

Choking back tears, Georgette, 45, added: “If they are reunited I know they will be back on drugs within days. The dealers will swarm round Blake and Amy. They are meal tickets for the dealers. Then the police will get called, Blake will be arrested and sent back to prison. I also fear that if Blake and Amy lock themselves in a hotel room there is a real danger they will take a drugs overdose. Giving him and Amy another chance is like putting a gun to Blake’s head while playing Russian Roulette. Once he is with Amy, he won’t even be allowed to take my phone calls. I will have lost him to drugs.”

Georgette revealed she will personally hand over the letter at London’s Snaresbrook Crown Court tomorrow.

She said: “I’m going to give the letter to the court usher to hand to the judge. I want Blake free but I want him in an environment that is safe—without Amy. We want the judge to send Blake home to be with his parents, brothers and grandparents. I know if he goes home to me, instead of her, Amy will go berserk. But what she needs is tough love.

“Amy should get herself back into rehab and stay there as long as is necessary to get her off drugs. She needs to prove that she loves him enough to stop. Then, once they are both drugs-free, they can have a real future together.”

Blake is due to be sentenced after beating up a pub landlord and trying to cover up the crime. He has pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice. He could be released because he has already spent nine months on remand in Pentonville Prison.

Amy’s dad Mitch, 57, last week insisted it was Blake who introduced his daughter to hard drugs. He said: “Everyone knows that—apart from Blake’s mum and dad.”

Amy showed her love for her husband, who works in the record business, only last week when she dedicated a song to him at the T In The Park musical festival.

Singing Wake Up Alone, she said: “This one’s for my husband, who’s out a week today.”

Georgette, who runs a hair salon, added: “I believe Amy would rather die with Blake than not have him. I don’t want my son to die with her or without her but I fear Amy will whisk Blake away from us and we won’t get him back.”

UK’s The Sun is reporting that Amy Winehouse is going back to rehab. But this time around, she’s getting help somewhere else. A source tells the paper that “Amy has admitted she needs to check into rehab again. There are too many temptations for her in the UK — people around her in London are making it impossible for her to stay clean for any length of time. Her management had considered flying her to a clinic in Israel but are now looking further afield. They are assessing a clinic in Cape Town in South Africa.” Wino’s last stint only lasted a couple of weeks. For her treatment to actually work, she needs to stay in rehab for several months.

Some welcome relief for Amy Winehouse - she will NOT face charges connected to jailed hubby Blake’s upcoming court case over alleged assault and perverting the course of justice. The Grammy-winner voluntarily attended a police station in December. And now authorities have said no further action will be taken against her.

Meanwhile, her hubby had his first big day in court without Amy present. Having attended all his court appearances so far, Amy swerved this latest one where he pleaded not guilty.

Instead, she spent the day packing for her flight to Paris Fashion Week, where she is being paid 1,000,000 to appear at Louis Vuitton’s show.

And Blake’s mum wasn’t happy.

Living up to the dragon mother-in-law stereotype, Georgette Fielder-Civil branded the star “a disgrace” for failing to support her hubby in court. She fumed: “It’s disgusting that she couldn’t be bothered to turn up. All she had to do was get to the court and show Blake she cares. Is it that difficult?”

In all fairness Mrs Civil, if I knew you would be there I’d stay in bed too …

Well, actually it’s called a break. Whatever you call it, Kirsten Dunst decided shopping was more beneficial than her rehab. She left the Cirque Lodge treatment center and instead hit the local Target in Orem, Utah. She did some shopping with an unknown male friend.

After shopping, Kirsten had a quick cigarette before the two headed to Taco Bell for some lunch. Kirsten was anything but chic in her Lohan leggings and Ugg boots. Maybe a stipulation of rehab is bad fashion.

Amy Winehouse checked out of rehab this past weekend but is said to still be undergoing outpatient treatment. Let’s hope that still holds because the ‘Rehab’ singer was recently spotted on Tuesday night as she was leaving London’s trendy Shoreditch House after her DJ set (let’s hope that’s all she did there) with the ‘new’ Blake, whom is being reported as a homosexual. However, friend and former boyfriend Tyler James was also with them. He even kept a very tight grip on her. So I guess it’s back to the Tyler VS Blake show and not the Blake VS Blake one.

The latest celebrity to check herself into rehab is Spiderman beauty Kirsten Dunst. According to reports in America she has arrived at the Cirque Lodge clinic in Utah, where both Eva Mendes and Lindsay Lohan have both also spent time.

A source said Kirsten was in a highly emotional state as she arrived at the clinic. The insider said, “She desperately needed help. She seemed to be intoxicated when she checked in because she was acting really erratic. She was extremely emotional, constantly breaking down in tears. She is not in a good place right now, but thankfully, she’s getting the help she needs.”

The move comes weeks after the 25-year-old star, who split with Razorlight rocker Johnny Borrell last year, sparked rumours of a breakdown with her erratic behaviour at the Sundance Film Festival.

As Amy Winehouse takes a time out of rehab to plea the officals for a US visa so that she can perform at the Grammy Awards next week, the snaps show us that getting your bust out for a positive result is always a good fall back.

It seems that our girl had a crack at the old eating business whilst battling her drug problem – and looks good for it too!

Amy left the clinic at 2.30pm for her appointment yesterday in a bid to be able to make an appearance in LA for her 6 gong nominations. While she was out she also paid a visit to her old doctor, before returning to the clinic promptly whilst flanked by policemen.

Many have wondered just why Dr. Phil felt the need to stick his nose into the whole Britney saga. Now he answers those questions.

“I went to see Britney at the request of her family. I talked to Lynne (her mother), I talked to Jamie (her father), I talked to Bryan, her brother. They were very frustrated that she apparently wasn’t going to be held for a longer period of time.”

Apparently Britney’s mom Lynne is close friends with Dr. Phil’s wife Robin. He has been talking with the family over the past year in an effort to help them help Britney.

Dr. Phil’s show airing Wednesday will address the Britney situation and his take on the matter.

As if she isn’t in enough trouble as it is; Britney Spears failed to turn up for her court-ordered deposition. She claims to be too sick to attend, claiming high anxiety as the cause. How convenient.

The singer was due to undergo questioning by ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyers in the custody battle for their sons. Britney’s friend-and-assistant Sam Lufti claims she was distressed by the media attention surrounding her court appearance.

He said: “She is sick, both physically and high anxiety. There are millions of people outside. It’s too much.”

A new date for Britney’s deposition has been chosen, but not been revealed. Her questioning, which isn’t expected to last longer than a day, is set to address her alleged drug use, her failure to follow court orders and her capabilities as a mother.

If I were Britney then I would suffer high anxiety about being questioned on my mothering abilities too.

Almost everyone has an opinion of Britney Spears and her descent from pop princess to desparate damsel. Now Dr. Drew Pinsky has decided to throw his out - in case we care.

“(Britney) is a drug addict. It is an indisputable point,” he says. To validate his thoughts he says, “We know that she is a drug addict because she’s been admitted to a treatment center. You can’t be admitted unless you’ve met criteria for addiction.” What she’s addicted to, I suppose, will remain a mystery.

Does he blame her current issues on her early success? He wasn’t quite as quick to go that far. “Her mental health has almost nothing to do with her career.” He does, however, believe that her star quality makes it harder for her to find health.

He likens her problems to those of Anna Nicole Smith. “Fame hinders getting to (Britney) now. It is hard to get through the sycophants who are enabling her and be able to find people around Britney who are willing to potentially sacrifice either their salary or their access to her by bringing her into treatment. That’s the core problem. That is what is putting her in danger. That is what killed Anna Nicole Smith. She had people around her who didn’t step up and say you need to get treatment!” So, does that make K-Fed comparable to Howard Stern?

He didn’t leave her without hope of recovery, though. Dr. Drew said, “She can get better, she just doesn’t want to.” Hmm…Brit, if you’re reading this, maybe you should listen to the doc. After all, he’s helped all those people on Lovelines for years. Maybe he knows what he’s talking about.

Not everyone’s given up on Britney. Heroes star Hayden Panettiere is adamant that she’s going to be unlike other fallen starlets of today, but had this to say about Brit-Brit, “That girl was the epitome of beauty when I was younger. And we built her up and just ripped her down, put every aspect of her life under a microscope. Probably made 90 percent of the stuff up along the way. I can’t even imaging if I had it like she does. She’s someone that I’m rooting for, and I hope she can make that comeback.”

So, maybe if we all give her some privacy and some time to deal with her issues, she’ll come out stronger and better for it all in the end.

File this under ‘joke of the day.’ Singer Amy Winehouse insists that she doesn’t need rehab because she doesn’t do drugs. Poor thing…she’s such a train wreck she’s forgotten she’s a junkie. Winehouse, who was hospitalized in August for a drug overdose and arrested last month for marijuana possession, insists she’s “too busy” to be an addict. This certainly has to be the biggest joke and lie that I heard in recent times, like when she has been hospitalized and even been to the rehab for the same problem she has the guts to come out and say that she hasn’t got the problem and over than that she can say she doesn’t do drugs, what an ass hole jerk bitch the lady is. These people should be handed a live mirror so that what ever they say and when ever they say it at least the mirror can show them that they are making complete fools out of themselves and yes if they want to make the world laugh at them then they are doing a very good job, I must say.

Following the release of a video that shows him shooting up heroin for the umpteenth time, Pete Doherty has released a statement on Wednesday which revealed that he was going back to rehab for, again, the umpteenth time.

His record label, EMI also released a statement regarding the incident saying “Peter sadly relapsed last week and is now looking to check himself back into a rehab clinic so that he can try to continue the hitherto excellent attempts he had made to break free of heroin.”

Personally, I think he’s been given way too many chances and the only way for him to learn is to pay the price that any regular person would had they been caught doing heroin: jail time!

Owen Wilson is doing his best to prove he’s not using drugs. He’s even gone as far as keeping the bathroom door open at all times no matter where he’s at. Um, don’t dudes kinda routinely whip it out (in public restrooms) and whiz right in front of other guys all the time? I’m not saying they enjoy it (though sometimes I wonder), and I know they don’t normally do it in front of chicks they don’t live with, but what’s the big deal? Maybe he was giving her a look-see at the goods. I’d say that’s mighty considerate of him. You wanna know what you’re dealing with ahead of time without actually having to commit. In fact, I think all guys should have to show the schlong on the first date and let the chick decide whether or not she wants to bother continuing. I think that’s only fair. That would actually be kind of awesome. Is there some website where you can look somebody up and get measurements and reviews from previous partners? If there isn’t, there should be.

We can even order the Britney special and we’ll get a dozen gourmet rum nut raisin muffins. A portion of the profits even go to charity which is more than we can say for where Britney’s money goes to. But then again, the profits may just need to go to the ‘Help Save Britney’ cause.

Hollywood stars Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson have been exchanging phone calls and e-mails, sparking speculation of a reunion. The pair - who reportedly fell in love on the set of 2006 movie You, Me and Dupree - called off their relationship earlier this year. But Hudson has since been reaching out to Owen after his suicide attempt in August. I think if she earlier could not get in touch with him because Owen’s family did not allow her to speak to him and now she is just like saying – how are you? Hope you are fine, then no probs but if the two are trying to revive old fire gone diminished then that’s not a great thing to do. What if Owen gets enlightened up with her love again only be dumped later on, then who is going to guarantee that he is not going to attempt suicide again. They could be friends but not get deeply involved cause the repercussions could be sever for him.

The U.S. singer, 59, spent a brief spell at the Betty Ford Clinic in California in an attempt to kick her 10-year drug habit - and has previously admitted to spending at least $1 million on her addiction. Now that is a million dollars, to earn a million dollars would take many people a life time and for these rats like celebs may be just one album hit to get into the bid league and they have the money. She says $1 million on drugs and what about the booze and money spent of designer outfits and gambling – it’s too much money that put down the gutter for a nights thrill and hangover every morning if they ever get up again.

Well here’s some very rare good news for the fallen pop star that is Britney Spears. She recently took a drug test this past weekend, and lo and behold, she passed.

Random drug testing is part of the court order required of Britney. Contrary to popular belief, it seems that Britney has accepted all the terms laid down by LA Court Commissioner Scott Gordon.

While it has also been reported that Britney did not open her gate for her first visitation with her boys due to a court ordered parenting coach being present for all visits, it would seems she has also accepted that fact because she already had her visit with her boys.

Lindsay Lohan has blamed her parents’ separation for her wild behavior. The actress, who checked into a Utah rehab facility in August, recently reunited with her father Michael after more than three years of estrangement. Lohan needs to assume responsibility for her own behavior. Cop-outs and sabotage, what a waste of time! She sure hasn’t learned anything in treatment yet. Well, she’s young and in need of growing up. She would be called Queen Baby in some circles. Also that after being in the rehabs I don’t know how many times all together but surely many times and if she still hasn’t got clean then it’s not because of her parents it is plain and simply because she doesn’t feel the urge to get clean. To an extent your parent’s fight do get to your head but if you keep citing the same reason for not helping yourself then that’s just a lame excuse.

Fresh from an alleged suicide attempt, Owen Wilson was photographed enjoying the summer breeze in Malibu. Wilson was photographed on the beach with what appears to be a healing scar on his left wrist. Well if these are the true scars and that’s what he had done to him then my gosh, he can be very harmful to himself and to anyone else too when he is not in his best mental state. These pictures of him at a beach in Malibu must surely be have taken when the actor was trying to relax and think about how he needs to get back to work, get back on terms with life and many other thoughts and what to the photographers do. Well they really do not want to let anyone live in peace, the moment a disturbed person steps out of his home to feel better, photogs are there to make him remember that he can never be alone.

I don’t care much for Britney any more. But this was not because of her performance. It is because of the way she betrayed herself in recent years. I did however feel bad for her when I heard what that fake comedian, jerk of a lady said about her and her children. It was bad enough that she slammed poor Britney but bringing her children into this was non-excusable. Saying that Brits kids looked like X@@##! was terrible. Imagine what her kids are going to have to go through being the children of a celeb, but hearing (cause I am sure they watched), that they looked liked X@@##! has got to do something to their self esteem. I think Sarah Silver…whatever needs to be run out of town on a , heck out of the country, on a rail. She can joke and we all like light hearted pranks, but if it’s aimed at some whose looking to make a come back can’t we be supportive to that person, is Hollywood all about pulling each other down and dumping fellow artist, poor state of mind Sarah, you have made yourself unpopular. Look at the picture I have here, that’s the place Sarah deserves to be all her life.
