Paris was the proud owner of an original iPhone. Well, Apple’s newest release makes those look sad. Apparently, Paris Hilton felt she deserved more. She sent her folks down to the Apple store to upgrade her phone but was told by the salespeople just to go online and upgrade using some software.

Seems that software messed up her phone and she called back pitching a fit! She reportedly said, “How could you do this to me? I’m Paris Hilton!!! I’m like so important and get calls all the effing time!!! I want a free effing phone!!! Get this shit fixed!”

Yeah, that’s the way to get what you want.

Seems he’s helping her come up with the theme song to her new MTV reality show My New BFF. Paris says, “He’s helping me write the lyrics for the song and then I’ll sing it too.”

All I could say when I saw this story was, Ewwww!!! Seems that old washed up men get some young hot babes these days. That’s the story with Rod Stewart and his barely legal gal pal Penny Lancaster. Actually, she’s 37, but heck, he’s 63!

Anyway, the two were hanging out on a boat in the Mediterranean. I guess Rod wanted some booby action because Penny yanked down the front of her pink dress and popped ‘em out. According to a source, Rod “went ga-ga at the sight of it and cheekily latched on. What made it even weirder was the fact Rod was wearing an all-pink outfit too.”

Cameron Diaz is dating P. Diddy, it has been claimed.

The actress and the hip-hop mogul were seen laughing and holding hands at Prince’s party and concert to showcase his new book ‘21 Days’ on Friday. Later in the evening, the pair reportedly sneaked away from the bash and locked themselves in a room.

A source said: “Cameron and Diddy seemed only to have eyes for each other. During the show, they laughed and held hands. At one point, Cameron spoon-fed Diddy her bread pudding. After some whispering, Diddy nodded toward Prince’s mansion. He led Cameron by the hand to Prince’s basement. Diddy was bringing his lips toward hers when he realised someone was approaching. Smiling, they closed the theatre’s door and locked it. We heard them giggling inside.”

This isn’t the first time the pair have been romantically linked. In March, Cameron and Diddy enjoyed an intimate meal in Los Angeles. Last month, they were seen partying in SoHo’s Sub-Mercer lounge, in New York, and reportedly disappeared into a private room for 20 minutes.

Diddy recently denied he is dating Cameron, saying: “It is ridiculous that two celebrities of the opposite sex can’t just hang out with a group of friends without it being reported as more than that. We are just friends.”

I am hoping that Nick Cannon has a very good accountant as the barely working actor is spending money as if it grows on trees. Mariah Carey’s new husband rented out Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California on Tuesday night for a lavish party to celebrate his nuptials to the diva. He had the park close down in the evening just for the party which must have cost a lot of money. Friends and family who weren’t able to make it to the island wedding were invited to celebrate with the couple. The park was decorated with pink and purple balloon, Mariah’s signature colors. But compared to the party venues she’s used to, I’m pretty sure this is a downgrade.

Mariah Carey would feel “violated” if she had children.

The 38-year-old music star wouldn’t feel comfortable becoming a mother, and is more than happy looking after her pet dog Jack.

She told us: “I never wanted to feel violated and I know that’s a kind of weird thing to say, but that’s how I am. It’s definitely because of childhood traumatic stuff. It’s hard to have kids in this world. I don’t think I could properly educate a child right now. Maybe in the future, but I actually haven’t thought about it. For now, I enjoy my dog Jack’s company.”

Last year, Mariah revealed she would never consider having a baby if she wasn’t married.

The ‘Touch My Body’ singer said: “If I were to have a child, I would want to be married with a stable family environment. Not to say that’s how everyone has to do it but it’s the way I want to do things. My parents divorced when I was young and I’m not saying it was unstable but it’s not ideal either.”

When it comes to drinking games, the game ‘Gas Chamber’ is the new ‘Quarters’ in certain circles these days. ‘Gas Chamber’ is played by snorting vodka shots instead of drinking it. Medics are saying that it’s dangerous because alcohol gets absorbed directly into the bloodstream. There are a couple of famous players of the game. Prince Harry was caught playing it last year and ‘Rehab’ star Amy Winehouse recently partook in the game at the London branch of Bungalow 8 recently. Treatment was a waste of time and money for Wino as it seems. She just went back to her old ways.

Some welcome relief for Amy Winehouse - she will NOT face charges connected to jailed hubby Blake’s upcoming court case over alleged assault and perverting the course of justice. The Grammy-winner voluntarily attended a police station in December. And now authorities have said no further action will be taken against her.

Meanwhile, her hubby had his first big day in court without Amy present. Having attended all his court appearances so far, Amy swerved this latest one where he pleaded not guilty.

Instead, she spent the day packing for her flight to Paris Fashion Week, where she is being paid 1,000,000 to appear at Louis Vuitton’s show.

And Blake’s mum wasn’t happy.

Living up to the dragon mother-in-law stereotype, Georgette Fielder-Civil branded the star “a disgrace” for failing to support her hubby in court. She fumed: “It’s disgusting that she couldn’t be bothered to turn up. All she had to do was get to the court and show Blake she cares. Is it that difficult?”

In all fairness Mrs Civil, if I knew you would be there I’d stay in bed too …

Well, actually it’s called a break. Whatever you call it, Kirsten Dunst decided shopping was more beneficial than her rehab. She left the Cirque Lodge treatment center and instead hit the local Target in Orem, Utah. She did some shopping with an unknown male friend.

After shopping, Kirsten had a quick cigarette before the two headed to Taco Bell for some lunch. Kirsten was anything but chic in her Lohan leggings and Ugg boots. Maybe a stipulation of rehab is bad fashion.

After months of waiting, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s adoption of Pax is finalized. The couple adopted him from a Vietamese orphanage last year.

The family celebrated in a Monterey Park courthouse on Wednesday. Angelina, at the time of his adoption, said, “You can imagine what courage it takes to be in all new surroundings, with new people and a new language. He is very strong.”

We know that Michael Jackson has a lot of financial troubles, most of which stemming from the money pit more famously known as Neverland ranch. The King of Pop reportedly paid a $600,000 Neverland tax bill last week. However, the payment still doesn’t cover the $23 million for which Jackson still owes in loans he’s taken out against Neverland. A source claims that the millions in loans is already two weeks past its foreclosure deadline which means that Jacko could be taken to court by those creditors any time. The last thing he needs is to get sued for money we all know he doesn’t have.

It’s just been a few weeks since she suffered a devastating miscarriage but it is being reported that 22-year old Lily Allen has been dumped by her 30-year old boyfriend, Chemical Brothers’ Ed Simons. The pair had only been dating since September.

A friend of Lily’s said that “They tried to make things work but couldn’t. The miscarriage was a horrible experience for both of them - and in recent weeks the mood between them had been really strained. Lily is really upset things haven’t worked out for her and Ed. She had talked about settling down for good and having a family. But there is a big age difference and the heartbreak they had to cope with was too much too early in their relationship.”

Clay Aiken was recently on Entertainment Tonight and just like every other person, he’s obsessed with Britney Spears. And he has some strong opinions about the pop wreck.
The American Idol alum turned Broadway star told ET that “We have a presidential election going on, and for whatever reason this is what people are interested in. I think that is probably the saddest thing. Leave her alone, just leave her alone.” Well, if you stop talking about her and stop dignifying those types of questions, the obsession wouldn’t be fed. Many have wondered just why Dr. Phil felt the need to stick his nose into the whole Britney saga. Now he answers those questions.

“I went to see Britney at the request of her family. I talked to Lynne (her mother), I talked to Jamie (her father), I talked to Bryan, her brother. They were very frustrated that she apparently wasn’t going to be held for a longer period of time.”

Apparently Britney’s mom Lynne is close friends with Dr. Phil’s wife Robin. He has been talking with the family over the past year in an effort to help them help Britney.

Dr. Phil’s show airing Wednesday will address the Britney situation and his take on the matter.

Turns out that if football superhero David Beckham ever needs a new career option; he could choose Domestic Assistant – cleaner to you and me.

Apparently his obsessive vacuuming of his home drives wife Victoria crazy; as well as making his carpets look like the Wembley pitch.

He says, “ I have to have everything in the right place and Victoria finds it very annoying. In our house in Spain we used to have this big rug that you could Hoover in perfect lines, like Wembley. She used to catch me doing that after the kids had gone to bed”

Add that behaviour to having his drinks cans lined up in perfect order in the fridge and we have the ultimate neat freak.

As if she isn’t in enough trouble as it is; Britney Spears failed to turn up for her court-ordered deposition. She claims to be too sick to attend, claiming high anxiety as the cause. How convenient.

The singer was due to undergo questioning by ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyers in the custody battle for their sons. Britney’s friend-and-assistant Sam Lufti claims she was distressed by the media attention surrounding her court appearance.

He said: “She is sick, both physically and high anxiety. There are millions of people outside. It’s too much.”

A new date for Britney’s deposition has been chosen, but not been revealed. Her questioning, which isn’t expected to last longer than a day, is set to address her alleged drug use, her failure to follow court orders and her capabilities as a mother.

If I were Britney then I would suffer high anxiety about being questioned on my mothering abilities too.

Terri – fast becoming a name in her own right after presenting reports on celebrity TV station E! – has accepted that her relationship with X-Factor bad boy Simon Cowell will not last; because Simon does not want a family.

Oh my, could you imagine being the son of Simon Cowell? Talk about never living up to expectations. I feel almost thankful for the unborn children that he doesn’t want any!

Terri says: “I’ve known Simon’s thoughts on marriage and babies from the beginning. He doesn’t want kids, full stop. But I would definitely love to have a baby. Not now, because I’m so busy. I love my job and wouldn’t want to give up what I’m doing. But in the future, I definitely will.”

Meantime, Simon upset Terri on a recent chat show when asked which three people he would save from a sinking ship. He replied his mother, himself, and fellow ‘American Idol’ judge Paula Abdul. He didn’t understand why Terri stormed off after that…

Hmmm it seems beau of Charlotte Church is in trouble after being spotted behaving very drunkenly on a train after winning his recent Rugby Match. It is alleged that Gavin Henson and three of his pals were spotted hitting each other, vomiting and urinating. Nice. And to add insult to injury, when the onlooker complained, Henson called her a “fat c***”.

Charmed I’m sure. This behaviour has led to Henson being quizzed by the cops who met the star as he left the train at Cardiff station. His club has apologised on his behalf; but I have to say if I were him I would be more worried about the ear bashing I was going to get from the missus.

Charlotte has put her hubby on a complete booze ban over Christmas…I am assuming that’s after he got the nagging of his lifetime. She is said to have “expected more from him” and thinks he should be making a good impression. Too right.

Well we never were going to nominate him for smartest star on the box; but Peter Andre has proved his own stupidity by admitting he had a crush on Boy George back in 1983.It was nothing to do with homosexual tendencies; he just thought George was a woman.

After returning to the spotlight during ITV’s I’m a Celebrity, Andre has remained so after marrying page three model; Jordan. But he reveals he had his heart set on marrying the woman he saw on TV in the 80’s; who turned out to be Boy George in full make up.

Awe, Peter. I’m sure if you asked him nicely he might consider marrying you anyway…

Although his charm and her gorgeous looks would make them quite a pair, Julianne Hough says people just shouldn’t believe everything they hear about her relationship with Dancing winner Helio Castroneves.

In her own words, she describes him as “like he is my brother.” She says they are the best of friends but are most definitely NOT an item. And the kiss they shared after their last dance on the season finale of Dancing? Just part of the routine and a celebration between friends. Hmm, my friends and I don’t celebrate that way!

During last season’s Dancing, Julianne had to fend off rumors that she was dating her partner for that show Apolo Anton. Seems she’s quite the man’s lady.

IMHO, people need to get lives. We need to get lives and stay out of their. They are two beautiful, consenting adults who are (now) free to do whatever the heck they want.

I just hate it when they lie, though.
