Model Bar Refaeli has denied reports she is engaged to boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio.

The 24-year-old star spoke to E! in Hebrew about claims that she is engaged to the Hollywood actor after being spotted wearing a large ring on her wedding finger.

Asked if there was a proposal, she said: “No, there wasn’t. Let me explain: These rings – which are beautiful and made by a friend of mine – won’t fit any other finger except this one.”

She was then asked if the talk is just speculation and she said: “Yeah, what can I do? I’m 24 and there’s still time. I’m in no hurry. I’m happy with where I am.”

The Hangover star Bradley Cooper has denied reports that he has been shopping for an engagement ring for girlfriend Renee Zellweger.

Cooper, 35, has been dating the Bridget Jones beauty since last year and rumours have recently started that he is planning to propose.

Reports claimed the A-Team star was seen looking at rings and that a proposal is imminent.

However, when asked about the reports, he said to Extra: “That’s so crazy. It’s nuts the stuff that’s made up.”

Drew Barrymore’s rep has denied reports that she is engaged to her boyfriend Justin Long.

The 34-year-old actress has been dating Long, 31, on and off for the past few years. The couple split in 2008 but later reunited at the beginning of last year.

Barrymore sparked rumours that she had got engaged after her Facebook status was changed to say ‘Engaged’.

However, her rep has said the status change means nothing and talking of the rumours, the rep added: “Not true.”

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem are reportedly set to tie the knot.

A sapphire and diamond ring was spotted on Cruz’s hand at Pedro Almódovar’s Broken Embraces premiere.

It is claimed that Cruz is to meet with wedding dress designers, including the House of Balenciaga. Cruz’s close friend, the actress Salma Hayek, wore a Spanish Balenciaga for her nuptials to Francois-Henri Pinault.

An insider added: “They will marry very soon, maybe even over the holidays. Penelope’s parents are conservative Catholics and are really pushing for her to get married. Javier would like to take things slowly, but Penelope wants to make her parents happy.”

Clooney, dazzling on the red carpet in London for the premiere of Fantastic Mr. Fox with Elisabetta Canalis, had a witty comeback this time. “I’m going to adopt some of Brad Pitt’s kids,” he said of his longtime buddy and the father of six children with partner Angelina Jolie.

Clooney definitely has fatherhood in mind, though, judging by his comments at the event. He also said of his co-star Jason Schwartzman, 29: “Just having Jason here next to me makes me feel like a father. He just got married, so I feel like a grandfather. I’m jumping right into it. Esposito, however, refused to confirm the engagement.

Where a score of celebrities are producing twin babies, the gorgeous actresses Jessica Simpson has once again denied having any plans to get engaged yet.

Reportedly the couple was spotted shopping for rings in a jewelry store Neiman Marcus in Dallas, Texas together, but the actresses insisted that there is no truth in this claim.

She told reporters, “Tony and I have not gone to Neiman Marcus – somebody said we bought a ring there. I couldn’t drag Tony in to Neiman Marcus if I tried!”

The ‘Little Miss Obsessive’ singer – who recently got engaged to Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz – loves her diamond sparkler so much she can’t stop looking at it.

Ashlee refused to reveal specific details of how Pete popped the question.

She added: “I’m keeping that part sacred. But I will tell you it was very thoughtful and he did a great job.”

The 23-year-old singer – who again refused to comment on rumours she is expecting her first child with Wentz – laughed when US radio show host Ryan Seacrest asked her whether she drank alcohol while she was in New York this week, playfully replying: “Who knows. Maybe!”

Meanwhile, Ashlee’s father Joe is said to be already attempting to sell pictures of Ashlee and Pete’s unborn baby – for a staggering $1 million. A source close to the Simpson family told the press: “Joe is contacting all the weeklies and asking them to pay up to $1 million to put Ashlee on the cover. The deal would include photos of Ashlee – taken by Joe, of course, so he can make more money – an interview and photos of the baby when she has it.”

However, magazine editors say Joe is being “unrealistic” with the amount he expects to receive for the exclusive shots. One editor said: “The pictures will maybe fetch $60,000 maybe, but definitely not a million. Joe has an unrealistic expectation of what Ashlee can command.”
