Britney Spears’ father Jamie has asked the court to allow him to give Britney an allowance. Yeah, that’s right….an allowance.

Jamie wants to give Brit a debit card loaded with $1500 a week. He wants to give her more freedom and basically give her part of her life back. Funny thing is, though, that’s $1000 less than he makes as her conservator.

Britney chose not to attend the hearing, so it’s unclear as to how she feels about this.

After months of waiting, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s adoption of Pax is finalized. The couple adopted him from a Vietamese orphanage last year.

The family celebrated in a Monterey Park courthouse on Wednesday. Angelina, at the time of his adoption, said, “You can imagine what courage it takes to be in all new surroundings, with new people and a new language. He is very strong.”

Britney Spears’ father is now in control of her affairs. The move follows her admission to a hospital psychiatric unit earlier this week. A Los Angeles court has awarded Jamie Spears and attorney Andrew Wallete temporary command of Brit’s multi-million dollar estate.

The order, referred to as a conservatorship, is passed in circumstances where a court rules that an individual is incapable of caring for himself or herself or unable to properly manage their own affairs.

In a separate ruling, the judge at Britney’s hearing also issued a restraining order against Brit’s pal Sam Lutfi, after concluding that he had been harassing the star. The move, which effectively bans Sam from visiting Brit in hospital, is currently in place for 22 days but legal insiders say Brit’s family could turn it into a permanent order at the end of that period if necessary.

Brit’s father also has permission to change the locks on her property, and remove anyone who is there. Nice.

Music producer and Paris Hilton’s sidekick Scott Storch is facing allegations that he is one really bad baby daddy by stiffing his baby mama on child support. Sources say that documents filed in Miami-Dade County Court state that Storch is behind in his $7500 per month support payment for Jalen, who turns two in April.

Storch has reportedly missed on last month’s payment and this month’s as well. Dalene Daniel claims that he’s been “habitually late” in payment and even bouncing checks. And here’s the thing, Storch is considered one of the most successful music producers with Forbes estimating his 2006 income at $17 million. So why isn’t he forking over the cash?

It has been reported that the daughter of the late Anna Nicole Smith and Larry Birkhead has been visiting the doctor for help with a “lazy eye”.

Her father says, “She has strabismus, which is a turning in one of her eyes, and it’s something that we’ve been looking out for a while.”

Birkhead confirmed that Anna Nicole had actually taken Dannielynn to the doctor when she was only a few months old. Now he’s trying to help her cope with having to wear the patch. “I got her a little pirate doll to show her that people wear patches, and it’s ok, and daddy wears a patch if he has to show her it’s okay.”

Good for him for trying to be a good daddy.

Many have wondered just why Dr. Phil felt the need to stick his nose into the whole Britney saga. Now he answers those questions.

“I went to see Britney at the request of her family. I talked to Lynne (her mother), I talked to Jamie (her father), I talked to Bryan, her brother. They were very frustrated that she apparently wasn’t going to be held for a longer period of time.”

Apparently Britney’s mom Lynne is close friends with Dr. Phil’s wife Robin. He has been talking with the family over the past year in an effort to help them help Britney.

Dr. Phil’s show airing Wednesday will address the Britney situation and his take on the matter.

After five years of not speaking, Angelina patched things up with father Jon Voight. Apparently over the holidays she decided it just wasn’t worth it.

They aren’t exactly spending all their time together, but she called him up on Christmas Day to work things out. They hadn’t spoken since Jon announced to the world that he hoped Angelina would find help for her “serious emotional problems”. Now, though, he says he’s proud of his daughter.

“I’m very impressed with Angelina’s work, with some of the humanitarian things, and she’s a great actress. I am always thinking of Brad and the kids. I’m sending my love that way.”

Aww, what a happy reunion.

It sounds like some kind of random film title. But no, it’s what Britney Spears is up to these days. Forever in the news lately with her terrible driving ability and the loss of custody of her own two boys, a friend has revealed that Britney is in the process of adopting six-year-old Chinese twins. And arranging her own funeral. Ermm…is it me or do the two not make much sense together?Britney has three supervised visits a week with the two boys; Sean and Hayden, after ex-husband Kevin Federline won the battle for custody. A source said: “She misses her boys terribly and needs them in her life. She thinks adopting the twins is the perfect solution.”

On top of that it is said that Britney is so concerned her unhealthy lifestyle will eventually take its toll that she has forked out over $25,000 towards her funeral.

Sounds to me like Britney is slowly losing it. A 25 year old, organising her own funeral, expects an adoption agency to give her the go ahead, when a judge has ordered her to have random drug tests, and her court appointed parenting coach has slammed her mothering abilities, saying her household: “Ranged from chaotic to almost sombre with no communication at all.”

Could be a good movie plot after all.

The Game was caught by paparazzi outside of court a few days ago after another one of his hearings. The rapper sent his condolences to Kanye West with whom he collaborated on ‘Wouldn’t Get Far’ and a few others.

The fellow rapper reiterated how close Kanye was to his mother and how Donda West was one of those mothers that was always around. Whether it was in the studio or at a taping, she was there. That’s why he thinks that losing someone like that was catastrophic.

Usher also spoke out about Donda’s death to E! News. He said that he can’t even think of losing his mother right now and sends his condolences to Kanye as well.

Back in May, Celine Dion and her son Rene took the cover of Hello! Magazine. I vaguely remember thinking that her son was female and that he needs a haircut. But I digress.

The French Canadian singer was spotted shopping along Sloane Street on Sunday in London with her husband/manager Rene Angelil and their 6 ½-year old son Rene Charles Angelil. And let me just say that the boy has definitely grown into his looks. Yes, I said boy. There’s no doubt about it now.

Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman fear her children are growing up too fast - she has already had to ban them from getting tattoos. Bella, 15, and Connor, 12, Kidman’s adopted children with first husband Tom Cruise, are beginning to display the trademark rebellious streaks of adolescence. When they turn 18 oh I don’t know I thought they were considered adults. As long as they are living in her house she has every right to ban them from doing something after all it is called parenting. When they turn 18 and have moved out then that’s a different story until then I agree with Nicole maybe if more parents acted like parents instead of trying to be their best friend we might not have so many rebellious kids. You have to be alert with young kids today, the more there is freedom to make their own choices the more they are going to make the wrong ones, be with them and teach them good, bad and ugly – in time they shall be wise enough in the right choices.

Lindsay Lohan has blamed her parents’ separation for her wild behavior. The actress, who checked into a Utah rehab facility in August, recently reunited with her father Michael after more than three years of estrangement. Lohan needs to assume responsibility for her own behavior. Cop-outs and sabotage, what a waste of time! She sure hasn’t learned anything in treatment yet. Well, she’s young and in need of growing up. She would be called Queen Baby in some circles. Also that after being in the rehabs I don’t know how many times all together but surely many times and if she still hasn’t got clean then it’s not because of her parents it is plain and simply because she doesn’t feel the urge to get clean. To an extent your parent’s fight do get to your head but if you keep citing the same reason for not helping yourself then that’s just a lame excuse.

Actor Keith Allen used his pop star daughter Lily Allen to help him sell drugs when she was a baby. The 54-year-old admits he took her to England’s Glastonbury festival as a “sales tool” to sell drugs and illicit alcohol. That’s horrible; firstly who could a dad call his daughter a tool, what is he some retired mechanic who has lost his sales tools so he used his girl as a make up for the loss of tools, means it sounds so down market to call your daughter a tool. He used her to pose as a pretty doll to sell illicit alcohol to customers at music festivals, may be there’s where she picked up the trick to get drunk and then get on stage and act like you are a popular singer and her luck saw her become a international singer, what a coincidence – selling drugs at festival and that girl goes on the become a singer singing at the same festivals. I am sure that in a few days there would be wide spread condemnation of his acts and there should be too.

I think that britney has finally come to the realization that she needs help and I think that her mother will get her the help she needs. She is already #3 on the billboard top 100 so she must be doing something right. People still love her, enough to seal almost 30,000 copies of Gimme More on Itunes. Anyway…She will be back, she will be the huge pop start that she once was, but after the years she has had, I think she will look @ her fame a little differently now. Also I think this the best that could happened for her at this crucial moment in her life with the sky absolutely like falling on her and everyday there was a ball of fire of bad news coming her way, I think her mom is the only person in the whole wide universe who could have got her the help that she desperately needs right now. I hope her mother is able to give her the right advice and Britney on her part is able to listen to the advice and implement it not just give a damn deaf ear to her mom and once her mom leaves she gets back to her ugly ways.

Hollywood superstar Matt Damon is cutting back the number of movies he makes, after receiving an ultimatum from his wife Luciana Barroso. Damon’s hectic work schedule worried Barroso, who has a 16-month-old daughter with the Ocean’s Thirteen actor, so much she insisted he spend more time with his family. I think she is right in telling that he has a family to take care off and a daughter who would wish to see him more often. It also shows that she loves him very much and needs his presence in her life to feel she has a family. Matt doesn’t need to work his butt off all year to earn a decent amount to support his family. Even if works on just 1 or 3 projects a year and takes time off to be with and help his family, I am sure he could earn enough to support his family well. Your kids need not wear designer baby clothes everyday to feel happy, she needs to know who her father is and needs a father to tell her stories at nights.

Halle Berry isn’t planning on stopping at just one child when she gives birth next year - she’ll be trying for a second straight away. I think she should follow her heart not what other people will think. If she is ready to give birth to a second child earlier after her first child’s birth then she must go for it. Having your own family is a wonderful thing a person could wish for. And this is a personal feeling, some East Asian women are today going the American way, 1 or may be no kids at all for them, Asian women today want to have a career rather than sit a home and be called a housewife. But a growing number of women in America want to have a slightly bigger family and more kids in the home. Having more kids at home makes you less dependent on outside attraction to make you happy, you have kids at home, you make them play, take them out and you see them grow. That is something that none of us have seen (seen ourselves grow up from wearing under wears to sometimes not wearing them at all.) Go on Halle, you were in that movie that had the license to kill now you have the license to give birth.

‘Good Charlotte’ frontman Joel Madden isn’t keeping his future plans of marrying Nicole Richie a secret. This is good news for Nicole and Joel that they plan to marry and commit their future to each other. “Obviously, marriage is in our future,” Madden told “I don’t know when or where or how, but right now our priority is our family and is the baby.” Hopefully things are looking up for Nicole on a personal front and she can leave behind her problematic days and look to a nice family future with Joel. She should be happy that she has been able to leave her owes behind and get along with her boyfriend. Meanwhile, the Good Charlotte frontman is not shy about his enthusiasm for impending fatherhood. “I’m excited. Meet Mr. and Mrs. Fantastic: Welsh actor Ioan Gruffudd wed British actress Alice Evans in Mexico on Friday night, his rep confirms .

Striking a united front, both the bride and groom wore custom designs by Giorgio Armani. While Gruffudd, 33, opted for a midnight blue suit of wool crepe, his bride, 36, took a slightly more traditional approach – walking down the aisle in an antique white strapless gown made of cascading tiers of organza.

“It was an intimate gathering,” says a source close to the groom of the event which took place at the fashionable One and Only Palmilla Hotel in Los Cabos, Mexico. “”Friends and family traveled all over the world for it.”

The couple, who first met on the set of 2000’s 102 Dalmatians, had kept mum about their long-term relationship and engagement. But at the MTV Movie Awards in June, a proud Gruffudd beamed while discussing his upcoming nuptials.

“I am heavily involved. Both Alice and I are doing it ourselves,” he told the time. “We did the invitations, which was enough of a burden, and now of course everybody’s saying they want to come – so we’re over by about 20 people, but we’ll work it out.”

Despite having expressed their mutual longing for their homeland overseas, the Los Angeles-based duo decided to cement their future closer to where they now live.

The wedding “is not back home in Wales,” said Gruffudd. “We thought we’d celebrate our new life here. We moved here about five years ago. We’ve embraced it and are loving living here.”

Evans recently completed filming the drama Dangerous Parking, with fellow U.K. actress Saffron Burrows.

Gruffudd, who began starring in the Fantastic Four movie series in 2005, recently reprised his role as the Marvel Comics hero Mr. Fantastic in 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer. He has also lent his voice to another hero in the animated movie Agent Crush and will appear alongside Julia Roberts and Ryan Reynolds in Fireflies in the Garden

Paris Hilton isn’t known for having the best moves and it’s a proven fact. Paris spilled the beans on Christina Aguilera’s pregnancy when both were in attendance at LAX Nightclub at the Luxor Resort & Casino is Las Vegas on Saturday.

At 2 AM, Paris got on the mic and announced “Congratulations to the most beautiful pregnant woman in the world, Christina Aguilera. You’re gorgeous.” People had an account of what happened after that: “Aguilera, who has never confirmed being pregnant, appeared temporarily shocked as she sat in her perch in the elevated VIP booth. She sank her head into the shoulder of husband Jordan Bratman as her friends looked stunned. But she quickly recovered, and the two looked at each other and laughed as the crowd – which included Adrien Grenier, Melanie Brown, Criss Angel and cast members from The Hills – erupted in applause.”
