Victoria Beckham planning to watch DVD of Louie Spence on holiday

Victoria Beckham is reportedly planning to watch DVDs of the dancer Louie Spence while on holiday.

The 36-year-old fashion designer has been advised by her former Spice Girls bandmate Emma Bunton, 33, to check out Louie Spence, who stars on British TV show Pineapple Dance Studios.

Beckham has reportedly asked Sky to send her some of the DVDs and she is going to watch them while on holiday soon in St Tropez with her three sons.

A source said to UK newspaper The Sun: “Victoria has never seen Pineapple Dance Studios before, but Emma, who is big friends with Louie Spence, has been telling her all about it.

“Victoria thought that it sounded absolutely hilarious and that it would be the perfect thing to catch up with on her holiday.”

Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham exercises every few hours, five times a day.

The 35-year-old is constantly trying to loose weight and consequently has been trying out a new fitness regime.

The star doesn’t like any excess skin and is hoping frequent work-outs between meals will help her shed the pounds.

A source told British Closer magazine: “She could probably sort it out by just putting on excess weight.

“But obviously she won’t! So Vic now works out before and after eating, and it’s even increased her appetite.”

Alongside healthy eating, Beckham’s fitness regime includes time spent on the treadmill, running, skipping, weights, Pilates and exercises on the Power Plate.

Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown is back in the UK working hard on a new TV career and meeting up with her old band-mates.

Mel may have been living stateside for the past six years, but she is loving life back in the UK.

Alongside modelling Ultimo lingerie, Mel has been working on her TV career.

The singer recently joined the panel of ITV’s show Loose Women and has just finished filming a reality TV show which shows her living on the poverty line in Leeds.

The 34-year-old told Scottish newspaper The Daily Record: “I’ve been so busy, but it’s been great being back in the UK.

“I’ve been presenting Loose Women and I was up in Leeds doing my seven days on the bread line. It’s been very busy, to say the least.”

Brown, who is married to film producer Stephen Belafonte, has recently met up her former band – mates Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Melanie Chisholm to have dinner but they weren’t joined by the other Spice Girl Victoria Beckham.

Mel said: “Because I’ve been in Vegas for the last six months, Victoria and I keep on missing each other. But we got her on the phone so she didn’t feel left out. It was lovely.”

Despite all their busy new family lives Mel insists that when all the girls get back together it’s just like old days.

She added: “Us girls like to have fun. Whether you can call that rowdy, I don’t know, but we do always have fun.”

Scary Spice’s two children, Phoenix Chi, 10, by first husband Jimmy Gulzar and Angel, 2, whose dad is funnyman Eddie Murphy, have stayed at home in LA.

X Factor judge Cheryl Cole is worried that her solo music career will fail like Victoria Beckham’s.

The Girls Aloud singer’s new single, Fight For This Love, is released soon and Cole will go head to head in the charts with her X Factor protégé Alexandra Burke.

A source told British Now magazine: “Cheryl’s been struggling on set of The X Factor recently, she’s been so stressed out. Last year, she was a little more naive and nice to everyone, but this year she’s got a lot more on her plate – and it shows.”

The insider added: “If her solo career goes well, she can think about breaking the US, which she’s desperate to do. If it doesn’t, she could go the way of Victoria Beckham, who finished as a solo artist after only one song.”

Victoria Beckham’s breast reduction

The former Spice Girl apparently had a breast reduction surgery performed recently and this was actually the third breast-related surgical intervention she’s had so far. A source said the following about Victoria Beckham’s intervention: “Victoria has wanted her implants taken out for a while. She felt that was part of her old image – the big hair, big boobs, fake tan – and that she has moved on since those days. She had the operation three weeks ago and is very pleased with the results. After the procedure she came to London for business then went to France to heal properly in private.” The old image and the new image? Spending so much time in the spotlight must have affected Victoria Beckham’s cerebral abilities if she goes to all of this trouble just for the sake of an image idea.

Victoria Beckham is featured on the cover of the February 2009 issue of Italy’s Vanity Fair. The 34-year old former Spice Girl told the magazine that she apparently loves the gays. She said “I love women. I like them as friends, as interesting people to speak with. But I love gay men. I always say it. Inside me there is a gay man who wants to come out! With heterosexual men I have nothing in common – excluding my husband, brothers and father, you understand.” I wonder how David Beckham felt about how that “gay man inside” comment. He sleeps with that every night.
